Don’t Get Sucked In by

is the WORST LIE you have been told!

BMI Below 18.5:      Underweight

While many of us may be envious of you, being UNDERweight carries it’s own health risks.  You should talk with your physician about how this affects you.

BMI of 18.5 to 24.9:   Normal Weight

Good for you!  The best thing you can do is to keep doing what you are doing to maintain a normal weight.

BMI of 25.0 – 29.9:     Overweight

Risks associated with being overweight include chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and many other serious conditions.  Read The 3D Diet for complete information.

BMI of 30 and Higher:     Obese
